Grilled Veggie Skewers with Herb Marinade

Ingredients

  • Assorted summer veggies such as red pepper, yellow bell peppers, zucchini, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Lemon juice
  • Garlic minced
