Moms are often pulled in a million different directions. We have so many things to do and we’re SO. TIRED.

Tired of running.

Tired of spinning our wheels.

Tired of disciplining children that act more like monkeys than the sweet kids we gave birth to.

Maybe even tired of never feeling like we’re doing enough.

If you’re tired of feeling like that, it’s time to simplify your life.

Here’s a list of the best resources that I’ve come across to simplify, streamline, and help us de-stress. (If you have more suggestions, please comment below!)

Resources to Manage Your Time

Whether you’re trying to be more productive or just trying to focus on the important things, these books will help you think differently about the amount of time that you have and how you’re spending it.

We all have the same amount of time, but it’s how we manage that time that sets us apart. In 168 Hours, you’ll learn how to make better use of your time.

Eat That Frog is a great book to help busy women be more productive and organize their lives. It helps you find your most important task and learn to prioritize so that you’re focusing and getting the most important thing done every day.
Life is full of distractions, and knowing what to focus on first can be so hard. The One Thing will teach you how you can be more productive by focusing on one thing at a time. It’ll also help you determine exactly what one thing you should choose first.
If you’ve ever struggled with being a people pleaser and saying yes to everything (and then reaching burn out), The Best Yes is for you. I’ve never been good at saying no, but by saying “yes” to everything, I was putting the important things (my family, my health, etc.) in the “no” pile. The Best Yes will help you figure out when and how to say no so that you can say yes to the important things.
The Fringe Hours helped me to realize that I didn’t need huge blocks of time to find enjoyment during the day. It’s filled with practical ideas to give yourself more opportunities to do the things you love.
The 5AM Miracle is a productivity book that will inspire you to make the most of your mornings. However, unlike most productivity/morning routine books, this book will help you make the most of your morning regardless of when you start.

Make Over Your Mornings has helped me create a better morning routine so that I’m able to have a stress-free morning and get out the door with my sanity still intact.
A good morning starts the night before. If you struggle to do all.the.things. in the morning, Make Over Your Evenings will help you plan ahead and set yourself up for success.

The Art of Simple

The Upstream Field Guide will help you determine your priorities and decide how to create the balanced life that you’ve been dreaming about.
