Air Fryer Quinoa Stuffed Bell Peppers

Ingredients

  • 4 bell peppers
  • 1 cup quinoa
  • 1 can black beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
